Illyrium

Graphic Novel by Michael Lude 2006

Illyrium the "Safest Place on the Planet" with an average of eight homicides per decade, became the epicenter of rumors about N-40 in 2080. This was after Congress passed a bill creating a new government section to improve Illyrian life. While the world admired Illyria's societal perfection, residents felt a growing distrust. This heightened when five people died.

I believe these five deaths, on Saturday, July 3rd, 2003, were due to a neuro-drug, N-40. For my protection, I'm omitting specific details but am notifying trusted individuals like you to spread the word.

N-40 was administered by the new government section to forty people in Central Illyria. Its purpose isn't death; I believe the deaths were an error in selection, due to genetic incompatibility. The drug's true aim is a higher purpose: to advance compatible individuals to the highest level of human evolution by unlocking unused brain portions
